In her role as Communications Manager & Head of DEI, Jess Rozario drove the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of Animoto's PR and Belonging initiatives. At the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) she leans into her expertise to develop and execute tailored strategies, programs, and experiences that include brand/reputation management, message development, copywriting, executive coaching, employee engagement & development, DEI training & education. Her work advances NRDC's internal community and culture goals by cultivating an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

Jess received her Bachelor of Arts degree from CUNY Baruch College where she majored in Sociology and English Literature. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
